What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store; you can use your usual credit or debit card. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How will I get my goods?
If you are one of our students we will have your goods for collection at whichever class you attend. To help us, please let us know in the Paypal notes which class you want us to have your item(s) waiting at.
If you do not attend one of our classes then firstly, thank you for wanting to buy our merchandise! We can post your item(s) no problem, so please add on the appropriate postage cost using our "Postage & Packaging" item in the menu to the right here according to the size of your order.
When will I get my goods?
We place a bulk order on the last day of each month. Items usually arrive within 10-14 days so we will have your order at the next available class after that.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund you just as soon as you return the product to us in satisfactory condition. If there is a fault you need to let us know immediately, if we haven't already picked up on it whilst preparing your order. We regret we cannot refund personalised items so please take care when ordering!
I'm not satisfied. How do I vent my frustration?
If you are not satisfied with our service or need any help at all please send us an email to shop@livingthedreamcompany.co.uk in the first instance detailing the problem and we will work quickly to resolve it, ensuring you are a happy customer.
Will you invade my privacy?
No, we will never pass on your details to any other company or third party.
